Julie Green - Sarum Hypnotherapy, Hypnotherapy in Salisbury Julie Green has been a qualified hypnotherapist since October 1999, and has diplomas in both Hypnotherapy and Psychoanalysis, specialising in Smoking Cessation, Hypnobirthing, Stress Management, Sexual Abuse, Sexual Offending, and Working with Children. Julie enjoys a Diploma in Training Analysis, meaning that she has the ability to give therapy to people who are currently training to be Hypnotherapists.

Julie has undergone her own Hypnoanalysis so she can release her own problems before starting as a therapist. 'Taking your own medicine first' makes Julie a better equipped therapist, and she seems to have gained that 'empathy' for her clients because of this.

Julie is a well respected and experienced supervisor to many other newly qualified Hypnoanalysts within her organisation, the IAH.

Julie is a member of the International Association of Hypno-Analysts, which is dedicated to the use of hypnosis and psychoanalysis to treat emotional and psychological problems. All members have followed a course of training in hypnotherapy and are bound by a code of ethics, which includes a complete guarantee of total patient confidentiality.

Established in 1981, the IAH actively supervises hypnotherapists to ensure the highest of standards for client care. It requires that all members undergo a minimum of 40 hours' supervision and 60 hours' ongoing training per year. No other organisations follow these strict standards.
